Equal Rights and Economic Empowerment
AfCHuRSD in collaboration with Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) worked in Greater Accra region, Ashanti region and Northern region to promote Equal Rights and Economic Empowerment for women and Girls in Ghana.
The project sought to address three key objectives:Increase awareness, knowledge and understanding of women’s rights amongst communities, and influencers, advocate for the participation of women in leadership at the national and sub-national levels and to advocate for women’s economic empowerment through capacity building training.
