The EROP Project in Ghana

AfCHuRSD currently, works in partnership with Ghana SRHR Alliance (GH Alliance) and Women In Need (WIN) funded by the Netherlands Embassy in Ghana on The Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Girls Project dubbed the EROP Project in Ghana. This project is in response to numerous human rights challenges women and girls, in particular, continue to face and as a result do not realize their rights and take opportunities for the advancement of their ambitions and to live fulfilled lives.

The EROP Project is a one-year (12 months) Project launched nationally in Accra and also launched by AfCHuRSD in the Nadowli/Kaleo District and the Jirapa Municipality in the Upper West Region where the EROP project is being implemented. The project implementation started in October 2020 with an inception meeting by Project partners and would end in September 2021.
